hai guys..today iol nk share skit fitness workout yg iol amalkan..
this is really simple..
apa yang perlu uols lakukan adalah luangkan masa 12 minit sahaja..
tak perlu ke gym..anda boleh lakukan di rumah anda..n pada bila2 masa..
as i am a mother to a 8 months baby..
iol mmg perlu fit utk tugas seharian..
sapa kate org kurus mcm iol x perlu workout..
n sape ckp..org kurus fit..
iissshhh..jgn tgk pada rupa..as a quote..never judge a book by its cover right..
okay back to our crite.. here are the 12 move..plg simple..
12 simple move..and iol detailskan stiap step spt berikut :-
1) follow all the step..jgn skip ya...
2) stiap satu step buat 15 - 20 kali
contoh move 1.. jumping jacks..
buat 15 - 20 lompatan.
3) take 5 - 10 saat rehat.. (jgn lbih okay)
4) continue step sterusnya..
5) each step / move amik 5-10 saat rehat..n truskan smpai move 12..
n walla..tetiap minggu buat camni..iol grenti..uolss pun ble jd fit mcm iol..x pun nk fit mcm ni..ehehehehe..
okay..tuk smua..trus amalkan gaya hidup sihat..insyaAllah..dgn tambahan supplement..
